Territory AI

The end of data entry.

Talk or paste after the meeting. Territory AI files what changed to the right accounts, as normal editable data.

  • Multi-account in one breath — mention three, all three update
  • AI Assist restructures your words, never invents them

Just wrapped the on-site at Acme Manufacturing. Platform review with Jordan the CIO went well — Q3 budget confirmed, procurement wants pricing before their August cycle. Book the implementation review for Aug 4 and get the sizing doc to Alex Rivera by Friday. They also want a quote on a Detroit DR project, about $180K next quarter. And Rubrik is the incumbent on backup — renewal next spring.

Architecture review - Jamie Chen and two of her engineers. Walked the retention tiers. They liked that policy is set per data class rather than per volume - that maps to how their compliance team actually writes the rules. Pushback: they were burned by a restore that took 40 hours. They want a documented restore test as part of onboarding. Next: check in Friday. If review is still stuck, ask Alex to escalate.

Intro call - Alex Morgan (CIO), Jamie Chen (Infrastructure). Driver is an audit finding from March: backup retention does not meet their own policy for imaging data. Remediation deadline is end of Q3. Constraint: anything touching PHI clears their security review first, and that takes four to six weeks.
