Is TerritoryDB a CRM?
No — on purpose. Your CRM is the company's system of record. TerritoryDB is the rep's working tool: your accounts, your notes, your forecast call, your install base intel. Built by an enterprise rep carrying a number, not sold to your VP. Run it alongside whatever CRM your company uses.
Are there limits on Territory AI?
No counter to watch. Every plan includes Territory AI and AI Assist for everyday use — voice updates after every meeting, pasted notes, cleanups, all of it. Fair-use protections keep scripted or automated abuse out, but a rep running real parking-lot updates all day won't come near them.
What about teams?
Team plans are coming — shared territories, one live source of truth, and per-person edit permissions. Pricing will be set at launch. Individual reps are first in line on purpose.
Do I lose my data if I stop paying?
No. Your workspace saves to a file on your machine that you own. Cloud copies are deleted when you delete your account, and your local file stays yours either way.
